Acupressure points of body
Acupressure is different from acupuncture, in which needles are inserted into the skin on various point to scintillate various nerves ending.
Many have been skeptical about the the usefulness of Acupressure as they associate it with Placebo effect, which means patient may feel mental relaxation while physical problem may still be persisting.
And they may not be completely wrong in saying that because people may over rely on these techniques e.g curing serious problems like Diabetes or AIDS. This may harm the patient as the intention of Acupressure is to scintillate various portions of our brain by pressing the relevant nerve endings. It cannot be a substitute of cure where you need to take external supplements & treatment.
